Dr Matthew Cotchett, podiatrist, educator and course presenter.
Matthew’s primary research interest is in the psychosocial aspects of musculoskeletal pain and disability. He has a particular interest in the management of plantar heel pain and has completed a PhD on the use of dry needling for this condition. In addition to his clinical and educational work, Matthew regularly teaches dry needling to podiatrists.
Mark Millerd, podiatrist and course presenter.
Mark created the Base Podiatry Foot Clinics in 2009. Base Podiatry was developed with a passion for providing exceptional foot care and the most thorough treatment for any foot and ankle injury. In 2012 Mark developed the Fit2Cycle bike fitting system where he spends some clinical time performing bike fits for road cyclists and triathletes. In 2014, Mark and two other podiatrists founded a clinical education company, providing professional development for podiatrists with a focus on rehabilitation and advanced treatment techniques, such as dry needling.
