How does the multi-user account work?
This plan is a great way for multiple clinicians from the same organisation to join under the one plan.
As the primary account holder, you'll be able to choose who to allocate your user licenses to. You can change this allocation at any time, for example when staff leave, or new staff join. And you can upgrade/downgrade your plan at any time as staff numbers change.
How does the audit support service work?
In October each year you'll get an email from us reminding you of your CPD requirements.
We'll check the CPD you've completed, and whether this meets the Podiatry Board of Australia's guidelines. And if not, we'll let you know exactly what you need to do!
And if you do get audited, we'll support you through the process by helping collate your activities and evidence of completion.
